Last Call for the April Challenge

  1. April 1 is only one week away!  If you have not already done so set a soft start goal NOW.  Ideas for a soft start goal include:
    • All paleo dinners
    • 5 days of paleo per week
    • No bread, no cheese, no soda
    • Nothing out of a bag or box
  2. Order the Practical Paleo book and/or download the Practical Paleo tear out guides.
  3. Watch the video series below in order.  These videos will give you the information you need to set your goals.
  4. Set your individual challenge month goals via the goal setting form.
  5. Enjoy your holiday weekend!
